NO INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM INTUITY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

Limitation of Liability

• Your use of or inability to use our Services
• Any AI-generated content or tools provided through our website
• Reliance on information obtained through our Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or communications
• Any business losses, including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, or opportunities related to federal contracting or proposal submissions
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our Services

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION OF PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
