Based in Southern California, Intuity Management Solutions is a national consulting firm specializing in project management, proposal management, facility management, business writing, and auditing and editorial services. We also provide project management services for security administration, records and information management, and corporate branding. We factor the “people perspective” into all client solutions and blend agile industry practices with methods to engage the modern worker. Our services are backed by more than 20 years of project management experience primarily in the federal contracting space. We offer strategic planning towards scalable and tailored solutions, corporate oversight and fractional leadership, operations expertise, process improvement, and auditing systems. 

Managing Director, Denise Pinson, founded Intuity Management Solutions in 2019.  Ms. Pinson served for 18 years in senior executive management roles overseeing multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts for federal clients. She served in many contractor roles for the Department of Labor over the course of her career including Project Manager, Director of Systems Compliance, and Executive Director of Quality Assurance.  From 2019 to 2024, Ms. Pinson served as Vice President of Education and Training for a small business where she oversaw five DOL Job Corps Centers nationwide with a combined staff of over 500 employees. Her business development efforts increased the value of the firm's total contracts portfolio from $20 million to over $220 million by 2023. She is passionate about eliminating unnecessary steps in business processes and motivating employees through purposeful engagement, team collaboration, and personal development.

Ms. Pinson is a graduate of Strayer University in Virginia, earning a BA in management and human resources management. She has achieved both the Project Management Professional (PMP) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) certifications, demonstrating her industry expertise and ongoing commitment to excellence.
