Meet Denise N. Pinson
Denise N. Pinson founded Intuity Management Solutions and brings more than 18 years of federal contracting experience. She has worked on both sides of it: pursuing and administering federal contracts for established companies, and winning direct federal awards as a small business owner.
That experience covers the full lifecycle, from opportunity assessment, teaming, and proposal development to contract execution, compliance, and operations across multiple sites. She has led Department of Labor Job Corps operations, managed business development and proposals for federal contractors, and delivered Intuity’s own federal contracts as a WOSB prime contractor.
Denise earned certification through both the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and the Project Management Institute (PMI), and those standards remain the foundation of how Intuity manages proposals and projects. Intuity is an SBA-certified Woman-Owned Small Business based in Long Beach, California.
I started Intuity because, after years of working for large federal contractors, I realized that many capable small business owners assumed federal work was too difficult or out of their reach. It isn’t. It’s a process, and once you can see the whole process, you can decide whether it’s right for you and how to go after it. I want every client to finish our work together more capable than when we started.
